Is this a will, or legal advice?

No. It does not create or change a will, a trust, or a beneficiary designation, and it gives you no authority over anyone's property. What it does is make your existing wishes executable. A will can say who inherits your photo archive. Only the setup steps in the guide let that person actually open it. For beneficiary designations, trusts, a business, a blended family, or property in more than one state, see an attorney licensed where you live.

Do I write my passwords in it?

No, and none of the 4 worksheets has a password column on purpose. A list of passwords in a drawer is stale within months and is a security problem of its own. The method hands over access through tools the platforms built for exactly this, so credentials stay current without you maintaining anything. The guide is equally direct about crypto: never write a seed phrase into a document like this.

How technical do I need to be?

If you can change a setting on your phone, you can do all of it. Every instruction is written out step by step for iPhone and Mac, and for the web where that applies.

How long does it take?

About ninety minutes, split into five timed blocks. Each block stands alone, so stopping halfway still leaves you better off than when you started.

What format is it? Does anything ship?

PDF, letter size (8.5 x 11 in), print-ready, 37 pages. Nothing ships. The download link is emailed as soon as the order clears, and there is also a link on the confirmation screen. Read it on a phone or print the worksheets, which is what most people do since the finished sheets are meant to sit with the will.

These procedures change. Will it go out of date?

Parts of it will, and that is the honest answer. It is why the verification date is printed on the cover, why the guide shows you how to re-check any provider in ninety seconds, and why it is built on a framework rather than a directory of twenty procedures that would be partly wrong within a year. If you want it kept current, the version with yearly updates re-verifies every claim each September.

My download did not arrive.

Check spam and promotions first. If it is not there, email support@guardwellhome.com with the address you used at checkout and we will send the file directly.

What if it is not for me?

Email us within 30 days and we refund in full. No reason needed and no form. You keep the file, because there is no way to take a PDF back and pretending otherwise would be theatre.
