DELIVERY POLICY

NOTHING SHIPS

The Digital Handoff is a digital download. No physical item is mailed, there is no tracking number, and no shipping is charged at any point.

HOW DELIVERY WORKS

As soon as your payment clears, a download link is emailed to the address you used at checkout. This normally takes under a minute. You also get a link on the order confirmation screen, so you can download immediately without waiting for the email.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

PDF, letter size (8.5 x 11 in), print-ready. 37 pages, including 4 worksheets designed to be printed and filled in by hand. Current release: Edition 1, September 2026.

The file opens on any phone, tablet or computer. No app or account is needed beyond whatever already opens PDFs on your device.

IF THE EMAIL DOES NOT ARRIVE

Check your spam or promotions folder first, which is where it goes in the large majority of cases. If it is not there, the usual cause is a typo in the email address at checkout. Email support@guardwellhome.com and we will send the file to you directly. We answer within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday).

YEARLY UPDATES

If you bought the version that includes yearly updates, the platform steps in the guide are re-verified each September and the new edition is emailed to you for one year from your purchase date. If you bought the guide on its own, the edition you receive is the edition you keep.
