Print-on-Demand (Arm A)

Returns and replacements are available for defective or misprinted items only. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will process a reprint or replacement. Production + shipping times as stated on Shipping page.

Digital Products (Arm B)

No refunds after download except for corrupted or not-as-described files. This is stated clearly before checkout. Contact us with details of the issue for review. Automatic processing up to $30 if eligible per policy.

All refunds logged. Outside policy or over limit requires approval.
